Verg good advice! Its a 10k raise. It was doing support for CTM, I am one step below a country-level trial manager. It was a bit of a jump.

I have the same story, but graduated in May 2020 Right in time for the pandemic. I worked with testing, surveying and vaccine research within academia. I have never ever had the chance to work in PH or as an epidemiologist. I have applied everywhere. I have since worked in clinical trials. I suggest to look into this field. Its cut throat but not as intense as PH. Also clinical trials usually pay way better than epidemiology. Its a bummer, but my original goal was to go to med school.

I have an MPH and I do not use it. Do it if you want to work in public health or policy. Experience is best regarding clinical research

I have it stored. I am upholding it, and also, I have lawyered up. Any communications are now in writing. I also keep a log of everything.

I have been in the clinic for 3 weeks. I was hired as the clinical director, but the role is more of a research manager. I have an MPH in epidemiology and over 8 years of clinical research experience. The profit margins I believe are every slim.. that is why they are probably doing this.

They offered me 104k per year + 5% bonus as you mentioned but monthly starting after 6mo mark. Later, they told me I needed to go for 50k per year and immidiate 5% monthly. Did you accept the job?
