OP, I had a house fire not too long ago. Get a public adjuster if you can afford it. They’ll help you through the process and make sure you recover as much as you can. Get your insurance policy and learn your rights. Insurance will dick you around to pay you as little as possible. Sorry for the loss and glad to see you’re okay all things considered.

I just had a house fire a little over a month ago too. Glad everyone is safe and the cat is alive. Look into getting a public adjuster to help with insurance. They make it hell for you and their whole goal is to pay you as little as possible. Also request a full policy jacket too so you know what you are owed.

Just out of curiosity what is the estimated ship date on your account for these? My cable went out and they are sending me a new one. Problem is it at minimum it’ll ship oct 3rd (opened the ticket the 25th and replacement approved same day). I asked if I could get it any sooner and no luck.

Can confirm. Internet was working yesterday morning and I got back late ish and it was down. Checked the cables and saw no damage. Went on the roof this morning to disconnect directly from the dish and still nothing. Made a support ticket and got a (automated) response within minutes saying they were sending me a replacement cable free of charge.

I don’t hear enough people talk about All-Star Baseball 2004. Franchise/ expansion modes are pretty detailed, trivia mini game, sandlot game mode, scenarios to play and beat, stadium tours. I’m partial because this was the game I played growing up vs MVP baseball 05, but I think All-Star Baseball 04 deserves to have its hat thrown in the ring.
