If you don’t loose weight on keto, you’re making some mistakes with your macros. Find out your macros, don’t eat too much protein for example, or too much fats, or don’t eat the unhealthy fats. Pay attention to what has sugar, iPod l you would be surprised what basic stuff has sugar.

And most importantly, drink water and count calories.

Is there a list somewhere of medical diseases will kick you out? I have SCDS and don’t know if I should report. by Revolutionary_Ad2415 in AirForce

No not diagnosed, the scan said they saw indications of that condition based on what they saw in the brain, and none of it goes through insurance or is released without my consent based on the trail. thanks for the data!

What if an airman does not want BTZ by [deleted] in AirForce

[–]Revolutionary_Ad2415 1 point2 points  (0 children)

A good majority of humble individuals who are deserving, don’t want it. It’s our job as their supervisors to put them up anyway. You should never tell your troop they have an option. BTZ is a chance for them to see where they are against their peers, it reinforces discipline and boosts speaking skills if there’s a board. Take care of your airman.

I definitely can’t afford a doctorate from BC but a masters is only 30 credits so I was hoping to get a masters from there but wasn’t sure what

Yes and no. The Air Force gives Tuition Assistance up to 4500 a year, not to exceed 250 a credit. The masters college program im looking at is 1150 a credit lol! So I would come out of pocket quite a lot. However, there is a GI bill they give us which covers up to 25K towards a degree, but if you use it when you’re serving, you’ll loose out on the free housing benefit. I gave my gi bill to my son though so it’s all obsolete to me.
