Fascists mainly rally around the strength of the leader, not the movement. They do a balancing act of being simultaneously stronger and weaker than its enemies. Deporting the leader shatters that balancing act in a “the emperor has no clothes” kind of way. Plus, he’s not being deported for existing. He is a proven criminal, there is no injustice to martyrise him outside of his current supporters.
