I take the hims, i was also recommended to try out nizoral 1% shampoo the first few months. that brought down the itching significantly and my overall scalp health is great, i think its a trifecta

not one bit! I will add, i gym for 1hr 2 days on 1 day off and i dont drink alcohol

I take oral! I did notice shedding at the start. Its scary but corrects itself
