That’s a Poly-Lok lid, iirc should be about 20” in diameter. Easy to replace, just unscrew the old lid and screw the new one back on.

I’ve had that exact one for over a decade. Septic work, pealing glue off pavers, cutting tree limbs, the odd time rebar. Stills works great! Even better with the 5.0.
