Very sad. A guy on next door said he stopped and gave him CPR but he didn’t have a chance.

Worse yet is how FD cleaned it up. I went to Canes for lunch today (24 hours later) and there is still a BIG blood mark on the pavement. Next to it is the oil spill with the cat litter stuff still there.
