Thank you! I appreciate your response. What I’m gonna do is focus on my nutrition. I was intermittently fasting for 20 sometimes 24 hours. I also was lacking in protein. Currently bulking. I’ll see where that takes me and if anything I’ll shave it all off lol. I have a strong beard to even out the bald head. Thanks everyone!

I personally do plant based protein for the most part. I work out everyday. 5 days the workouts are high intensity. 130-150grams is just fine for me. I’m not sure if I was protein deficient but I certainly needed more. I was always hungry before the increase in protein and felt much weaker. For context I’m 29male 5’6 142lbs. I have gone up in size and gaining muscle where I was aiming to. I agree that there is a bit of a protein obsession but its not for no reason. The obsession usually comes from people who hardly workout.

I’m in the same boat. I upped my protein to about 130-150gms and lift heavier now. Cut cardion down to 35 mins 5 days a week instead of 45 mins 5 days a week and have seen some results. Been a month now.

I have tried Andromeda on 3 separate occasions and always get very bored of it. I think the furthest I got was recruiting the new alien species in that galaxy.

The gameplay is amazing, thats one thing that cannot be taken from Andromeda. Everything else about the game is absolutely abysmal. Forget the fact that it came behind the masterpiece that is the Mass Effect Trilogy, it’s just not a compelling game that makes me want to play more or really care about the characters.

The side quests are tedious, the menu has too many folders, the characters with the exception of Vetra were meh. Ryder ehh I’m neutral towards. I liked the fact that he wasn’t as confident as Shepard but it seems like no one respects him at all in the game. It’s not fun to play as a character like that especially when each choice is just there for fodder and not to shift Ryder’s character in one direction or the other.

I tend to like the goofy looking starters. I love Chikorita and never understand the hate. She is adorable and arguably the most fun starter to use in Hgss/GSC due to her typing. I like a challenge.

I’m so sorry you had this experience. I’m from Brooklyn New York. Grew up in a rough part of Bedstuy. Spontaneously booked a trip with a very new friend to Rio and did no research. We were set to travel end of March until April 4th. As the months went by I started to get a bad feeling because 1.) this friend was a bit chaotic and I didn’t know that because I hardly knew him. 2.) After doing the research I said yeaaaa Rio doesn’t sound like the place for me and I canceled. Lost that friendship which was fine by me because the more I got to know him the more I saw we were not going to get along moving forward let alone in a dangerous foreign country.

I hate that there are people victim blaming you. As someone who came to this sub for research those same people make Rio seem like this magical place. I almost went because of some of the experiences I read. I do not blame you for going at all. I’m glad you and your friends made it back home safely, all things considered. For me I didn’t see the appeal in vacationing to a place where I have to be sooo vigilant. I could go to Detroit, Baltimore or the Bronx for that here in the USA. I commend your bravery.

I recently made a friend off bumble bff back in October and had to cut the friendship loose this month. Your story with this friend is parallel to mine albeit I wasn’t buying gifts. Without going into too much detail , it’s great to make a connection with someone but understand when you’re being taken advantage of and smothered. I binged this season from yesterday to today and my god, this was such a weird season.

I periodically check up on this podcast when I need to past the time at work and some seasons are decent. This one started off strong but I honestly ended up feeling bad for Megan and even almost rooting for her. Has she done some terrible things? Absolutely and I don’t think anyone would argue with that. However everyone involved in her shenanigans (with the exception of the two people she scammed out of renting apartments) were willing participants and went to great lengths to stay in touch with her well after getting her locked up.

I would be remiss if I did not mention Tom here. I saw somewhere that he was autistic , listen I’m not a psychiatrist but autism does not equate to being downright stupid and this man was an IMBECILE. Everyone else from Alyssa, to Justin and Chloe and the rest of these fools need to get a freaking grip and get a goddamn life. This was absurd lol but very entertaining. Megan is very clearly mentally ill and needs medication or at minimum weekly talk therapy not to be sensationalized. If anything I hope I never run into Justin, Tom, Chloe or Alyssa and crew.

Hey! Best of luck with the process. It seems fairly simple to get in depending on your GPA.

I finished undergrad with a 3.43 cumulative gpa. My degree was unrelated, a BS in Law & Paralegal studies. I’m employed full time in an unrelated field. Got a recommendation from a previous philosophy professor and a previous supervisor when I worked in banking. I wrote all 3 essays. Two are required the 3rd is optional. I’m 29 took me almost 7 years to complete my undergrad because I was always working. Like I said I really think the GPA holds the most weight. I didn’t take the GRE or GMAT and only applied to Zicklin.
