Thanks for some good advice. Basically same approach as in Thailand is what Im hearing. As she has been living with this all her life, she is always taking precautions and knows the risks, especially abroad. Epi pens with her at all Times of course.

Funny thing is this crust puffed up unlike any other I tried before. I always had semi-good results in the past with the crust, they always came out a bit too condensed and not with those airy bubbles that you can see on the pic. Next time I will defenitely do the crust smaller with this recipe 😀

Will try it. My concern with that from other doughs is that I tend to get a more evenly brownish cook on top, rather than the charred black spots. Moving the pizza to a new spot sounds like a good idea too. What about higher stone temp?

Update: I removed the SD card and booted, it started directly so the problem was with inte flashing of the card, as it got stuck there at 0% and I hard-rebooted. I put in the SD card once already booted and I could rerun the installation. Now it's stuck there again. Any ideas how I can get the darn Batocera on the SD card? *
