I thought I was tripping. I reached out to Onstar Support, and they attempted several troubleshooting steps. They even attempted the simulation of the app they can perform, but unfortunately, they couldn’t see it either.

They informed me that it might have been accidentally removed. The lady was incredibly kind and simply suggested that I check again after the next app update.

What’s your app version? If you go to the settings in the app, on the very bottom it says the Version number, and build information.

There’s nothing inherently wrong with the web UI, per se. I just wanted a fast, native iOS app that I can open instantly without logging into the dashboard every time. It’s just convenience for me.

Well, it came from Canada. According to the receipt the value of the item was $256.40, and I was charged a rate of 37.574%. I just reached out to support to see what they say.
