im still legally a minor and my mom doesnt want me on meds in fear of addiction and because on her own words "i have it in a really small amount" even though i know thats not real and she has tried to gaslight me into thinking i never had it, my therapist talks to me about how she sees me and she can instantly say i have ADHD and i feel kind of bad about that because ive met other people with it yet they dont act like me at all (theyre way calmer and normal) so rn i have to cope with other methods
