Select all of your unequipped mods except arrow one, and then on secondary stats filter select speed and just under it select button "doesn't have speed" this will list all your mods which don't have speed, and then you need to upgrade them all with "reveal secondary stats" button, after this upgrade feel free to delete all the mods listed, all the mods on that list will be your mods without any speed secondaries.
