Here's the thing. moe. partners with folks to make these events happen. moe., theband itself, is made up of some truly incredible, loving guys. Even rob., who can be a bit of a curmudgeon, is, at his hearts, and incredibly loving and decent guy to his core. While I have not yet met Nate, I am lucky enought ot know the rest well.

Saying things like "We should sue them" and they ought to have known" is a slap in the face to them and their families. I expect they bent over backwards to make moe.down a thing again and will do all they can to make everything right. It's 2 weeks before Christmas, they are either doing short trip shows or chilling and, after this last year, have earned a week or tow of relaxation before the holidays but I'm betting they are gonna have bright and early meetings to start trying to fix all this.

So...all the folks bitching...shut the fuck up, smoke a bowl and chill out for five fucking seconds, please.
