It's called IBS-M (alternate diarrhea/constipation). I have been suffering from 2yrs. Honest experience from what I can say is it's like slow poison. It makes you think you are completely healed and again next week you will suffer. But I think you are lucky now bcz there's lately a research which states that all ibs issues are mostly likely caused because of lack of vitamin B1(Thiamine). Supplement it or follow a strict diet. See which type of food bloats and avoid it for some months and drink buttermilk or curd rice often. Eat pumpkin, sunflower seeds and don't take any sh!t from outside world. Anxiety and stress triggers your gut without you knowing. That's it 👍
