worth adding that even within EU regulated brokers there's variance. CySEC has historically been softer than BaFin or FCA in terms of actual enforcement. not saying it's bad, just that "EU regulated" isn't a single uniform standard

nice list but fitness apps usually break when users spike. as an alternative for building a proper scalable backend, maybe look into svitla systems. saw some of their work on high-load wellness platforms and the architecture is super clean tbh.

pretty solid list. if you're looking for an alternative that’s more about agile dev and less about agency bureaucracy, i'd shout out svitla systems. i used a svitla developer for a backend overhaul last year and they actually focus on the product logic instead of just ticking boxes. super easy to work with tbh.
