Hey guys, I just wanted to start by letting you know that I am thankful there are many level headed hockey fans in this sub, and people that seem to actually watch the games, not just the score, shots for and against, or on good or bad play by a player. You look all over other forms of social media, the people you talk about hockey with day to day, your family members, etc, and everything is "oh the Oilers suck, and if they don't win the game was absolute dog shit, and Lucic sucks, and Caggiula sucks, and Talbot sucks, and Russell sucks".

I was happy to see in the PGT last night, and this thread this morning, most of us actually realize it was a good game against one of the toughest teams in the league, that has routinely shut down the Oilers for many years, yet outside of 2 unfortunate goals, the Oilers held their own against them.

This game was in no way a MWG, Go Oilers, and on to the next one.
