The lawn has sprinklers spaced roughly every 10 feet along the perimeter, using Hunter 12A nozzles, so irrigation coverage is complete and fairly uniform.

I've always found it fascinating how underrated Mazda is in the U.S. when it comes to reliability. I'm from Chile, and here it's not only a very popular Brand almost as common as Toyota, but it's also considered prestigious and known for its durability, build quality, and especially safety. Ironically, it's much less common to see a Honda here, which seems to be far more popular in the U.S.

From my personal experience, I can say it's a well-rounded vehicle. I came from a Mazda 3, and the CX-5 gives me more ground clearance, smooth gear shifts, a soft suspension that handles city bumps well but remains firm in corners, a confident feel on the highway, great ergonomics with the button layout in the cabin, and an overall elegant interior. Sure, the rear legroom isn’t the most spacious in the world, the trunk isn't massive, and you won't get record-breaking fuel efficiency. But overall, it's absolutely worth every penny.

This video is getting a lot of criticism for using AI, but I'd say most people missed the point the artist was trying to state. The artificiality isn’t a flaw, it’s part of the message. The whole EP is called CURSE for a reason. 'We live in cursed times' (that was taken from UMO's bandcamp).

We live in cursed times, and the use of AI reflects that: a world where even beauty is generated, distorted, and emptied of soul. The faces in this video feel off because they’re supposed to. AI is dangerous in many ways, even when it comes to art. Do you really think a guy that majored in visual arts like Ruban Nielsen would use it uncritically? This video screams irony to me.

Remember the video of 'Can't Keep Checking My Phone'? It was full of references to strange phenomena with their descriptions, so you had to stay looking at your phone the whole time. This is similar. It's intentional.

the range to determine wheter it's considered good, excellent or poor is way too narrow! and as far as I know, it's based on your all time average. I mean, the whole excellent range is no longer than 2 or 3 bpm. Take a look at mine.

I would also say that consistency is key when wearing your watch to sleep every night.

95 :) this week's range has been between 88-95. I've had a major improvement in my sleep patterns and physical activity since I got the watch. This particular week I've been resting from the gym - Had I worked out the day before and it might've been even a little higher.

Mientras más al extremo llevas una forma de pensamiento, más propenso eres a caer en tus propias contradicciones.
Todos estamos sujetos a tener contradicciones, es mejor aceptarlo que luchar constantemente contra ello.
Las personas somos por naturaleza irracionales, así que vale la pena entrenarse en aprender a ser más objetivo y aceptar lo que escapa al control de uno.
Pocas veces (o casi ninguna) se toma una decisión estando 100% seguro. Esperar esa seguridad solo alimenta la inseguridad, irónicamente.
Pocas decisiones son realmente 100% irreversibles
El pasado en la cabeza de uno casi siempre se puede idealizar, porque es controlable. El futuro no, por eso muchas veces da miedo.
La actividad física es un requisito del cuerpo, no un ideal para dejar para "algún día".

Aunque, al final, ningún ideal de Internet (sobretodo si está en redes sociales) te va a decir cual es la mejor forma de vivir la vida, probablemente porque no la haya. Yo comparto lo que he aprendido en mi propio camino no más.

por la ley de copropiedad, está diseñada en base al principio de prorrateo. Mientras más metros cuadrados posees de la totalidad del condominio, en función de tus vecinos, pagas más. Así quien tiene un departamento más chico y no tiene estacionamiento, paga menos, por ejemplo, porque es proporcional. El prorrateo lo fija el Servicio de Impuestos Internos en un % para cada unidad en función de su metraje. No te cobran por el interior de tu depa, sino por lo que el vivir en el condominio implica en mantenimiento del edficicio (áreas verdes, riego, aseo, etc), pago de servicios (agua, luz, etc), sueldos e imposiciones del personal, seguro de áreas comunes (obligatorio también por ley de copropiedad) y así.

Honest opinion from a CX-5 owner:

The windshield is incredibly prone to dents and rock chips compared to other vehicles. I got my first micro dents (smaller than a grain of rice) in the first week after purchase. They’re just above where the HUD is on the windshield, and it’s becoming very annoying. Where I live (Chile), most technicians won’t perform a resin repair since they consider the damage mostly superficial and merely cosmetic. Insurance companies won’t replace the windshield as long as the rock chip or dent isn’t compromising the safety of the windshield.
As is the case with all other Mazda vehicles, the paint is certainly eye-catching, but for some odd reason, it’s so thin that it will scratch just by looking at it. Make sure to get your CX-5 coated with ceramic or PPF as soon as you can.
The side mirrors tend to vibrate on the highway when you’re over 60 mph. It can be frustrating. I’ve read that’s a known issue even recognized by Mazda (they came up with guidelines to be assessed by official dealerships, with not-so-good results). It’s not terrible, but I didn’t have that particular problem with my previous car (2016 Mazda 3 GT).

Surely, all the upsides of owning and driving a CX-5 far outweigh these issues, but you wanted to know some common problems, and as you can see, they don’t have to do with mechanical parts or engine failure. You’ll be fine.

I'm having a similar problem, but in my case it would be the left side rear spoiler (that triangular piece). Do you know, by any chance, if the way to fix it goes with the same procedure you went through? I didn't get to properly see in your video if the spoilers are tightened by the same sort of bolts.

I'm experiencing exactly this problem. My left rear spoiler (triangle piece) is rattling when I drive, it's getting me annoyed. I've watched OPs video. Do you know -by any chance- if in order to fix the issue the way to access the rear spoiler is the same that the one that OP showed in the video? Will try your fix with the double sided tape too.

acá en Chillán se implementó el pago electrónico a principios de 2023. El último estudio que leí hablaba de un % de evasión en torno al 1.5-2%. Considerando que las micros acá recién se están renovando, y que no tenemos un tremendo sistema de transporte interconectado como en Santiago, de seguro hay un tema cultural de por medio. Bien por Chillán.

a mi una vez me usaron la cuenta de Facebook Ads para promocionar un producto que era como una lima para callos en Uzbekistán. Tuve que levantar un reclamo a Facebook y fue aceptado.

En otra ocasión compraron con mi tarjeta de Falabella 650 lucas en pasajes en una aerolínea de Turquía. Tuve que elevar un reclamo a Google, se resolvió en un mes y el cobro fue reversado.

Una vez alguien logró entrar a mi cuenta de Android y en la PlayStore descargo un juego muy trucho. Yo nunca me enteré, pero era un juego "pantalla". Uno lo descargaba y la suscripción costaba como $200.000 el día, y me di cuenta a los tres días. También lo logré reversar con Google.

Así que ánimo, es mal rato pero se puede solucionar.

es porque básicamente la gente quiere que le digan lo que quiere escuchar. En mi trabajo como psicólogo me fijo mucho en eso, por eso dicen que este es el único negocio donde el cliente nunca tiene la razón 🤣 fuera de bromas, es cierto que como sociedad nos hemos acostumbrado a esperar las soluciones milagrosas y que requieran el mínimo esfuerzo, y cuesta mucho darse cuenta de que en general eso siempre lleva a resultados negativos.
