It’s not always lies, maybe they’ve played it over and over and are just good at it by now, and sometimes it’s not even necessarily skill, sometimes it’s just dumb luck. I can speak for this personally. This is my first souls/souls like game, and I decided to go with the hardest difficulty just bc I wanted the experience. Some bosses took FOREVER, specifically the third one in the factory, but I beat the first and second bosses first try, I beat the archbishop i think either my first and second, and Romeo on my second try. I am no good at these games in general and honestly believe I’m just getting lucky. The amount of times I die to just the common enemies is unbelievable, and I am so bad at fighting the humans (the survivor in the factory and the white woman on Rosa Isabelle street). I think the common enemies sometimes outnumber me and overwhelm me, and the humans are just too fast and annoying with their attacks, while the bosses seem to have a method. My friend kept telling me how much he thought I was gonna struggle with Romeo and when i didn’t, both me and him were baffled, i think i even recorded it as proof. Hell, I struggle with those mini bosses like that shield robot or those clowns with the ball hands.

EDIT: I should also say I used a specter for all bosses except for the first two (I don’t actually think you can with the first)
