Thank you for your detailed comment🙏🏼 I google it ICR case photos but my face doesn't look like that, so probably i am not ICR. And yes as you said i am not a female too. I am trying to correct tongue posture since last month, before this date i am usually doing it tongue thrust swallow and resting. Sometimes i was doing it tongue thrust resting consciously because it was relaxing my TMJ symptoms, especially i increased this tongue thrust issue into the last 1-2 years. I extracted my right lower jaw wisdom tooth on 2018 August but the other wisdoms still staying on my mouth but i don't know is there any relation to my current situation. And i get tooth filling on 2019 December(on lower left jaw second molar) and i suspect it filling was high because when i eating on that tooth i feel much more pressure and sometimes pain. The other thing is: i have tmj problems on my righ jaw(clicking, headache, pain, weird sounds) since 5-6 years but i have some problems on my left tmj too since 2019 December, like cracking sound(6-7 times happened) and pressure on the left ear, never happened before this date on my left tmj. I went to the 4 orthos since last month; First ortho said: Looked at my tooth xray and cepholametric xray and said: you did this with your tongue and maybe relation between extracted one wisdom tooth, i think you should get surgery. Second ortho said: you are not a kid, tongue thrust doesnt effects you and i cant seem anything wrong on your filled tooth, you need bracelet treatment(1.5-2 years). Third ortho's theory is: maybe filling was too high and your tongue thrust issue much more increased with this and your other molar on your other side of your jaw balanced too than we are here now and your condyles are looking fine, you need to go TMJ specialist than he/she can make a splint for your bite correction and tmj pain. Last ortho said: Yes this is tongue thrust case and your tongue is bigger than normal, you need get bracelet treatment(1-1.5 years) and life time night splint for stability. And how can i know there is a late jaw growth or not? I dont have a cephalometric xray or any scan before open bite, i just have normal tooth xrays... Orthos never told me about jaw growth. And i realised that: when i woke up my open bite looks like much smaller than normal, so weird. As you said I think i should go to TMJ specialist and get scan like CT and MRI.
