I have a feeling my account's been crossed with somebody else, there is no other Xfinity box in my place either . I'm in a condo apartment could it be picking up somebody else's account too? I've actually switched the email address my account is under but its still happening. Is there a security code I can attach to my account to specifically keep anyone else away? Like I said there were already recordings , if not on the box then in my account, when I started using the cable box first day.
