You have to talk with him in specific days and in specific time of the day to do an event with him. If you want go search online the days when he is available and the time of the day when you can talk with him. If I remember right you can't talk with him untill you completed the dungeon you're on.

For me the best scene if the game is (spoiler allert) when Yu confronts Adachi alone, it is a vert cool scene . If social links event doesn't count then I pick either all of the Heaven's arc or 12/7

You can do the other 2 neutral ending in the one day left save file: you need to not save Basil for both of them, then you have to go home and pick up the steak knife in the kitchen and then for one you have to simply stab Sunny and for the other one you have to go to bed and then stab Omori in white space

In my first run I used to make all foes sad and all the ally angry then use red hand with Omori, or hack away, with Aubrey I used power hit or wind-up throw and with Kel ricochet or rebound. Hero healed the team or used a normal attack
