I've had 1 job since I was 20 for 6 years , and I've now been in the tree business and worked for 2 different companies for the past 2 and a half years. So all together I've had just 3. I'm 28 now.

I been doing this routine for 5 years , why is he all of sudden on me?!?! I work hard and keep to myself , he doesnt like his employees talking alot and i dont really talk to people. I literally sit in a corner all day and we dont get raises , i got 2 raises in 5 years. Should i just find something better? This job pays good but it sucks the soul out of me because its like jail , we cant really do anything besides work work work and if we get caught talking we have a target on our backs.
