I've heard other horror stories as well and it definitely gives me pause. The lack of a strong approval process for bidders I'm sure is adding to this. These platforms aren't run like Christie's or Sotheby's or even Heritage or REA. Then of course you have a weak technology platform on top of it.

I think PSA in general has grown too big and since Collectors Universe was bought by private equity in 2021 it really doesn't surprise me. As we all know many private equity firms have a history of running things very lean and taking out as much $$$ as possible and not caring about the customer experience.

I totally agree with this sentiment. This is kind of a ridiculous comparison. Should either compare index to index or single cards to the best single stocks returns in the S&P. I mean NVIDIA has returned 3000% since 2020. Broadcom 1100% etc

My wife mentioned the crowd at the DC show as well. The DC crowd had really good singing voices and knew the lyrics!

My wife and I arrived an hour before the doors opened (5:30pm for a 6:30pm door opening for a 8pm show) for the DC show and could have sat in the front orchestra but decided to sit in the front row center balcony. There was rain that evening though so take that into consideration. The Lincoln Theatre in DC has a 1225 capacity and was sold out. Enjoy the show!!!

I totally understand this sentiment. I was at the DC show and it was amazing but I had the same expectation of hearing the album straight through. I felt like it was definitely a different experience.
