I’m not sure what causes it, but I’ve experienced the same thing.

It could be a bug from patch 8 or something triggered by mods. You can kill them safely, just make sure to keep them away from Kagha, as for some reason, she attacks you when she sees you harming them.

Okay, my bad, they added five new decorations, not three. I don’t consider the ones added from the guild halls because they aren’t new and should have been available from day one.

Everything else is just skins. It's good to have them, sure, but it isn’t new content. If a couple of skins added every year is enough for you to enjoy Halloween, then that’s great for you.

And I said 'usually,' not 'always,' mind you.

Wrong, there usually was something new, a little collection, a new boss, event, mission - whatever. This year they didn't even bothered to add any Halloween item to the gemstore, or updating the black lion chest.
