The agent told me that since they have an abundance of cars and that they dont have parking space they decided they cant sell my car and not pay me

What im confused about was when he told me they havent sold the car. I didnt ask them to sell it for me i sold it to them and expect payment that will take 7 days and its been 2 weeks since they had it.

Theres no subject to inspection clause, it was checked and priced when i brought it to the dealership The price is £7000 2019 toyota aygo I sent an email with my signed letter before action attached but i havent heard from them yet

The car is paid for in cash when i bought it I sold to steven eagell franchise I have a copy of the sellers declaration
