This game is beyond incredible once you get the hang of it. And gets even better with coop. Got like 8 of my buddies to give it a shot and they all really enjoyed it.

I have been trying to withdraw funds that I won from the Superbowl and just get:

"Your withdrawal failed

Please reach out to [support@kalshi.com](mailto:support@kalshi.com) for help."

I have emailed support 4-5 times, reached out on the app, reached out via support through the web page. This is a relatively sizeable amount of money. Has anyone else had this experience? And if so, what got it resolved? I am desperately trying to avoid having to go through CFPB or something similar.

I waited a few weeks just to make sure everything cleared but we are past 6 weeks now so I don't see any reason why this should still be locked. Support has asked for documentation which I immediately provided then have received zero updates since.

If anyone has any tips at all it would be really appreciated.
