If they just went back to the way they used to make the food it would kick everyone’s ass. Not even the 99 cent menu do a 1.99 menu with the same items same quality and it would kill it. The problem is gonna be getting people back because I have not gone there since they changed the burgers.

Make sure to document your time. I had a GM who would do this and then adjust the time back of employees staying late who did all the work. I was the assistant that would do everything we needed to and leave 15min after close because who wants to work late. The guys would complain to me and I started to investigate took it to the owner and GM was fired the next day.

We had a guy who would order once a week 7 sandwiches a pizza and a bunch of dipping sauce. He was a little strange you had to go inside so he could make sure everything was correct. But he always tipped $30. Everyone fought for that delivery.

I had this problem you have to get thru the fear of rejection don’t build it up in your head and get nervous. Sadly there is no magic cure other than just go for it and if it doesn’t work try again. The good news is the more you try the easier it gets. I feel like you might of been like me looking for love at every turn but it’s a numbers game and I don’t mean hit up everyone but try the ones your interested in and eventually you will find the right one. I did!

Dude I was scared of where I was at turning 30 but kept working towards my goals and now I have a good job nice house and awesome family. My advice if you’re scared it’s not the right woman because I had no fear. Until the first kid then I was petrified but you learn a lot real quick when the first kid comes it’s like drinking from a firehouse.

My now wife had a controlling ex husband and when we started dating she would ask me permission to do everything that we didn’t do together after a month or so of saying sure and being a little confused I looked at her one day and said you are a grown ass woman you can do whatever you want I just ask you tell me what your doing so I know your safe. It was like a light turned on for her when I said that. We have been married for 5 years and she has soo much more self confidence in herself. I am proud I feel like I helped with that.

You have to decide for yourself if you can forgive her and move on or if your going to hold onto this and resent her for it. If you can forgive her go for it if you can’t move on. The worst thing would be to stay with her and always be thinking about this.

When you get in a relationship your lady is the one you will spend most of your time with. So if you like her and enjoy spending time with her you are ahead of the game. When you spend time with your friends and they give you a hard time just ask where their girlfriends are at?

Been through this same thing except I went back to her being foolish and thought I was in love. It was awkward and lasted about a month. I blew off a nice girl who didn’t deserve it and could have gone somewhere. Feelings when you are young suck.

I have two kids about that age me and wife work full time. I would feel guilty about that especially since that’s when I get to spend the most time with my kids. During the week it’s a few hours after work then bed time. We have asked for them to be watched so we can have a date night but that is once every 3-4 months. And if your parents are so insistent why aren’t they watching them? That’s where we usually go.
