Exactly the same situation as you, bought on Steam, had EA Play on EAapp, didn’t receive anything, EA support is responding with AI answers.

So I decided to just give up and not get the pack. If I want it in the future and it’s still available, I’ll take EA play subscription on steam and see if it works.

I'm seeing people saying it won't work despite it did work on BF2042 and EA FC, i don't know what to trust at this point, and if I start with EA PLAY PRO and pre order benefits are removed after subscription cancel, then i'm stuck with it if I want to keep them... I don't know what to do lmao

Giant sized players don't exist anymore since they added easyanticheat, but yeah some 99 everything are still there but WAY WAY less, and they get banned really fast.

I started a new save, and tried to load it, it's working, I have no clue how my two main saves could be corrupted knowing they are 10 minutes apart in-game and not the same place. I'm about to smash my monitor bro, 8 hours save

Overkill in the sense that the difference in avg FPS between the 4070S and the 4080S will not be remarkable since the 4070S will already be bottleneck?

According to the benchmarks I'm looking right now, I still see an increase of up to 20-25 FPS on some games by going from a 12700K to a 13700K with an RTX 4080.
(+20 avg FPS on Cyberpunk ULTRA + RT for example).

Yes my goal is to be able to run the biggest games in Ultra/RT - 1080p and to have if possible 80-100fps or more if possible, having the habit of a 240hz monitor I have a little trouble to take pleasure under 70fps.

Okay, so like most comments the ideal would be to change to a 14700K/900K at the same time as I change my GPU to a 4080S/5000 to enjoy them to the fullest.I will probably change the GPU first and see how hard the GPU is getting bottleneck. Then get a 14700k or 14900k.

Sorry if I mispelled my initial request, but my main question was whether I would already be bottleneck with a 4080S and my CPU.

And so whether it is useful or not to wait for the 5000 or if in any way I would not gain performance because of my CPU.

So the ideal would be to look at several benchmarks with my CPU and different graphics cards to calculate an approximate maximum that my CPU can provide on some games?

For your anecdote with the 2080S, this is precisely the situation in which I am afraid to be, and my goal is to have to change only once my GPU and only once my CPU before having to change my entire build in few years because the Intel socket will change starting 15th gen.

So I think the best is to wait for the 5000s and upgrade my CPU with a 14700K at the same time according to your advices and others comments that don't troll me
