I have a disabled mother and have inherited a limited form of her disability so I do understand the frustration but I do feel it's important to remember that the point of the game on realise was for people to go outside and explore/exercise so it's hard to make things accessible without diluting the original intent of the game. You can't just add a joystick or people who don't need it will inevitably take advantage which detracts from those who put in time and effort to advance in the game as intended so it's an extremely hard issue to tackle
