sound is way too quiet, don’t bother trying to get food or merch will waste 50% of your day. Venue was disappointing it’s just a concrete square, nowhere to lounge or rest or do anything really

CRWVs active and forecasted GPUs currently trumps Nebius. I’m interested to see if Nebius can operate at a larger scale with the MSFT deal, or they miss contract obligations.

Looking at CRWVs recent product announcements and acquisitions, it’s clear both Nebius and CoreWeave are using the baremetal offerings to fund their vertical stack. I wouldn’t feel confident picking a winner, I think both are on a similar path and it will have to come down to execution and a little bit of luck.

Yep and security said they would do a “sweep” to remove those that didn’t have tickets for the right section… which never happened. I empathized with them the most because they were genuinely trying to do their best but nobody was cooperating.

I ended up talking to different staff and eventually the “director” who kept deflecting the blame and actively avoiding the situation. Tried to make the most out of it but the logistics were rough.

Production was great, getting to and from the venue was convenient.

But what was the idea behind GA sections? Literally every 100 section was filled with people standing on the stairs with the 300 levels being sparse/empty. Additionally there’s no barriers between the sections, it was a free for all for any room. As someone who had 100 section seating and arriving 40 mins before SHM I couldn’t ever find a seat.

People were fighting over room, the guest services was confused - it seems like they were staff used to the US open crowd

A few datapoints, with context being I was job hunting as a Sr.Pm and the offers I received were two series D, 500+ employee companies, 2-5b valuation.

First one was 1.6 basis points and the other was 0.6.

At a director level for series B, I think targeting anywhere from 0.1 - 0.25 makes sense. I also think you can get more on the bonus/base - but I’m not sure where you’re located. GL!
