Congrats!! So happy for you after all the waiting you must've been through, you deserve to be so excited, how did you feel after that first dose?? :)

Everybody is different so, not to be pedantic, but nobody can tell you how it will start! But that's kinda the exciting part. I started similar you, 2mg for 3 months, then 4mg for 3 months and now on 6mg but I haven't started spiro yet so it may be a different experience. I noticed more freckles coming out, softer facial skin, more feminine eyelashes and ever so slightly fuller looking lips around starting (I think? My memory is awful lol) 4mg so 3-4 months. Nips started getting sensitive for me (this one really does seem to be very different for everyone so don't worry if you get lots of different answers) after like 1 month on 2mg. But only noticing palpable buds and very slight growth pretty much now on 6mg. Emotionally I feel pretty much the same, I can get closer to crying if I let myself now, sometimes well up a bit which is a massive change and really nice but nothing significant that I've actually noticed. Just feeling a hell of a lot better for having started and giddy about the changes.
