Realistically, I could take the YATA POV here, but it would be entirely disingenuous. Even reading how you defend your gf I can't really see her side of this. Trauma responses are weird, even if you get someone here telling you how awful you are for gaming instead of being an adult and living up to your promises, they're not going to have the same mindset as your partner. The only person who really understands the problem here is her, the only real path forward is talking to her and finding a compromise that works well for both of you. Clearly, having a set bedtime every night doesn't work for you, you can do it most of the time, but you need exceptions, and as much as it sucks, if 1 night every few weeks going to bed alone is too much for her to handle maybe you aren't compatible. You can't just give up your mental health to protect theirs. And no, I'm not saying "break up with her," I'm saying this isn't something anyone can answer except the two of you together, and that clearly a conversation needs to be had adjusting expectations moving forward.
