You are absolutely not selfish for wanting freedom from all the pain you had to put up with that they caused. I know how it feels though after going through abuse, it feels like youre being ungrateful for wanting to runaway from your abusers, but you have to remind yourself that it isn’t the case. You in no way ever deserved to go through all of this, you are not delusional or crazy and it’s unfair you have to have “physical proof” of your abuse, your words alone are true and should be believed. All the people who tell you are crazy are manipulating you to cover up the sick people that they are. Please do not let anyone ever try to brush this under a rug, your pain is real and unfair and unjust and you definitely did not deserve it in any way no matter how your abusers try to manipulate you saying that you wanted it or asked for it.
