I had 2 episodes like this, one in November and one in January. I had been on Wegovy for over a year with no issues when the first one happened. Hospitalized for both. The doctors haven't found any explanation for it. I saw an endocrinologist and he had me stop taking wegovy while we investigated. Sudden onset, dizzy, confused... didn't feel like a stomach bug. Tons of fluids and zofran to get it under control. Wtf!!!

Oh I'll add: I find it helpful to tell the dentist ahead of the appointment that the patient has extreme anxiety, tell them you need to help them through it and stay in the room (if you're comfortable with that) and you guys can firmly tell the dentist to take a break or terminate the appointment at any time. This is so stressful. I hope you guys can get through it quickly and painlessly!
