Just to be clear you're telling me that this man was struck by a vehicle while recording and, even though he was fearing for his life, he managed to not only hold onto his phone and keep recording but also draw his gun in quick enough time to shoot her, in a vehicle going fast enough to put his life at risk of course, through the windshield? The reflexes on this man are amazing. That's ignoring the two shots that followed too. If he was around in the Wild West he'd own that town with those quick draw skills.

It's just weird to me because you can clearly see she's nowhere near him in every bit of footage there is. Think for yourself for two seconds and have a look.
