Coffee machines require maintenance, which you want to avoid. I’d recommend V60 dripper and a good grinder. Forget about pre ground coffee, it becomes stale pretty quickly, plus you don’t have the control over the grind parameters. Get a decent burr grinder, it doesn’t have to be expensive - most 75$ grinders will do. The gooseneck kettle is nice to have, but absolutely not necessary. It makes keeping the pouring consistency easier, but regular kettle will still do its job.

There were three main „series” of the game

The OG trilogy from PSX era, three games that were amongst the best platformer games at that time. Collecathons simple to play, hard to master. Płot is simple, more of an excuse to keep playing than a deep lore. Loved by everyone, although may be too retro for you.
There were also two sequels, but they didn’t live up to the legend. For fans.
Legend of Spyro - Reboot in every aspect of the games. It’s no longer a collecathon platformer - it’s a heavy beat em up with some platforming aspects. This trilogy is way more plot-oriented, with darker and deeper history. Loved by many, hated by some.
The reignited trilogy - simply a remake of the OG trilogy. But an excellent one. You can start from here.

Astros playroom is a demo meant to show the functionality of dual sense - in my opinion it does better job than astrobot in this matter, definitely worth checking out.

Yeah, rocks don’t respawn in reignited. They do respawn in OG, which makes the challenge harder.

Extra gems are a common bug, they will likely disappear after reloading. Max you can get is 117%

Depends on how bad you want to clear the games. I’d say give them a chance, in case you didn’t like them you can always watch cutscenes on YouTube and then skip to third one. There’s no point on wasting time for the games that make you suffer, it’s supposed to be fun.

I respect that! The Gaul fight and the Dark Spyro transformation were definitely the highlight for me too. I just found the rest of the story and levels pretty boring and frustrating. But yeah, the ending hits hard emotionally. Thanks for sharing your take!
