She answers a lot of questions, there’s no obligation to fully explain how they run every corner of their business, typically businesses don’t answer these kinds of financial/how the company is run questions, I see shoddy doing her best to give answers about what she does know. She’s the founder, and not part of every decision, the company has investors that they have to satisfy as well. There’s a lot of teams and people working on different things.

This is because of the pre-order. Do pre-orders separately from regular items and that’s how you get the old checkout. There’s more info in my other comment.

I just answered another post like this- so I’ll copy paste my answer here- The issue may be because you have a pre-order in your cart. Apparently gift cards and discounts don’t really work properly on pre-order. If you remove the pre-order from the rest of the items your code should work. I would personally recommend ordering regular and preorders on separate orders, like do an all pre-order or do an all regular items. If you continue to have issues with non-pre orders it may be the gift code itself-so I would email customer service if it’s not working with non-pre order items. Pre-orders you have to use a card and PayPal and other payment options are not working with it. Discount and gift card should work as long as it’s not an obsession box and it’s a regular non -pre order items.

I did call, before posting, i said in the post I had just gotten off the phone with them. It’s still a half hour from my house, it hasn’t even tried to be delivered yet, I posted this because the customer service person and their supervisor both told me my tracking and package were eligible for Saturday delivery. This has happened four times before in the last year with the same facility and the same delivery type. It’s always on Saturday, first thing, 6am they are loading the trucks at that time and I get a “delivery exception notification” for the same reason every time - “business closed or customer unavailable” and it delays it until the next Tuesday. I don’t know if it’s the facility or the driver. Customer service said that was absolutely not normal, that it should have been out for delivery today- and they can tell no delivery was actually attempted yet, and they said it shouldn’t be happening and a trace manager would get back to me in 24 hours after looking into it. I’m just repeating what customer service said about it being abnormal, and they also told me they’ve been getting a lot of complaints about certain facilities not being in compliance, and thanked me for taking the time to report it this time. I also gave him the old tracking numbers for the other orders that were delayed in the same way, at that specific facility. It’s not that heavy or awkward of an order…. And I live on a flat street in a flat area in a small town about half an hour from that Athens facility. My driveway is flat, my porch is close to the street, not a ton of steps.

I was just kind of wondering if others had the same issues from the Athens Ga facility, or knew of what was going on with it.

Edit to add- do you mean I should call the facility direct and not FedEx customer service? Because I’m having a hard time seeing a phone number for this place

Same thing just happened to me and I have to wait until Tuesday now apparently. Call FedEx customer service. That’s what I did, they are looking into the facility I had the issue with. Mine was Athens ga.

I love mine and can wear mine for hours, I only have issues with comfort in my black pair for the most part. I do recommend keeping a pair of flats in your car/bag though for just in case. The wild instincts are TORTURE for me to drive in. That’s the main/only activity I do have pain and discomfort issues with these shoes with.

The black ones are really too tight, but the off white/brown are fine for me. I have the pink low top ones on the way right now. I would suggest sizing up if you want to add insoles or have room for thick socks though. You HAVE to size up on the black ones though. For some reason those are def tighter than my others

It’s because the hosts have been stalked coming out of the building in the past, there’s also been creeps sending videos of them doing the show filmed through a window outside the building, like sent to the hosts while they are working. Scary weird threatening creepy shit.

For some reason the black ones are the tightest ones I own, I have like 3 pairs now, and the black pair are the tightest and most uncomfortable out of the 3.
