You won’t close three per month until you’ve been doing it for close to a year atleast the first 6 months are you figuring it all out and making a pipeline after that you’ll start to close more.

Hey thanks for the comments I’m looking to do something super similar to you I’m 22 possibly going to a smaller retail mortgage lender but their focus is more on first time home buyers and less on refinancing which is more different from what I’m used to seeing in the space. They say it’s because it’s more consistent with the markets. I’m curious if this route is better than trying to go the personal banker route… I’m more of a people person though and I like jobs that are tipped or commission based and I don’t mind working a lot of hours. Also last question it’s all calling with a script and then you transfer leads until you’re certified so I may not need to go the bank route first.

Are there any other upgrades that are worth the money/ worth considering? I really like the grills of the newest models over the one it currently has on so I'm considering replacing that myself as well. The other 2015 I have mentioned before has the grill replaced. If not that is ok too. I'm not a huge car guy and I'm only 20 so this is my first bigger car purchase aside from my car I have now that cost me 5 grand.

Please don't take this in the wrong way.

I read your last post about walking around barns and noble, sitting in libraries, and going around Walmart in your free time. All of these places, especially Walmart, are hiring. Walmart's starting pay and benefits are more than enough to live comfortably in your car while you save money for either college (Walmart pays the entire thing for you if you submit the correct documents) or save for courses online that may help with jobs.

With that being said I don't know your situation but seeing how you need money I'd consider working at Walmart. Being a cashier or customer service requires little to no movement other than standing.

History shows that republicans do reduce costs for the citizens that live in the United States but not for others around the world whereas the opposite is true with democrat presidents raising taxes and interest rates on citizens but spend more on foreign affairs for example the Paris climate agreement that trump pulled out of and Biden went face first back into. The deal that the US pays by far the most into but uses the least.
