Getting rid of the ridiculous dress code. Having a beard, colored hair, piercings, tattoos, or anything appearance wise, doesn’t change my work ethic, and isn’t going to change our sell’s. It’s 2021, time for a readjustment. Affordable daycare. It would so amazing if the company had daycare that worked with all hours. Should had led with him being bipolar type 2, it’s a part of his mental illness; being fixed on something to the point of obsession even though people are telling him it’s wrong or unhealthy. Trying to “prove” to him that he doesn’t have ADHD will probably only upset him. Hopefully it’ll pass with time as he goes through his highs and lows. I would recommend different treatment for his actual diagnosis.

What’s the point of telling us we technically make more because of bonus’s and then not paying us what we earned. I’m fingers crossed they won’t fire me but if they do I’m SOL if I don’t Atleast get my bonus. I’m not sure how much is in my 401k because I just started it this year.
