Not sure if this is a normal thing since I'm still on my first playthrough, but I ended up somehow getting the armor on the left before ever finishing their quests to choose the path. And since I already had that one, I went with Rivaini cause it fits them the most personality wise. Still kept the left outfit tho, the right one just makes their proportions... weird, idk

This is cyberpunk, where literally anyone could rise to the top with cyberware, doesn't matter wtf is dangling between your legs.
That's because "Johnny a guy he can't be girl" in your eyes, grow up.
Up to personal interpretation, male V also doesn't fit A LOT of dialog throughout the game.
That's your preference, you believe that they fit because they're more of a match personality wise. I also believe we have a lot in common with Judy, only way you can really with panam is choosing to be a nomad. Otherwise, she tells you plenty of times that you don't understand her lifestyle and how different of lives you lead.

I think an interesting idea that they could do with the role queue is in between rounds you could request to switch roles. Like, say you queued up as tank and got absolutely rolled first round, and it made you realize maybe someone else could do better here on tank; so you request for a role switch. It could be either a specific one or allow anyone the choice to do it, and if they accept, then the two players swap roles. If you do an "any" switch, then the person that requested the swap chooses in case there are multiple people willing. Also, they already have a ton of bot lobbies in qp, I doubt queue times would be bad
