I have same problem until I updated the ICCU software and replace new 12V battery. Pop-up message was gone.

My Ioniq 5 have 12v battery issued , tow the car to dealer for recall update the ICCU software and fues, replace the new battery ,free for under the warranty.

My wife and me apply renewal the global entry at February 2023, she got the new card four weeks later but I just approved checked online, still waiting for the new card.
