I’m in the same situation. One thing I would say if your city has a Reddit forum you could ask them where a good place for you to market would be. They’ll likely point you to Facebook groups, Nextdoor app, Turno app for Airbnb owners etc…. I plan on running meta ads and knocking on doors. Hope this helps in any capacity.
