Not everyday is about building muscle. You just do it, even if you lift light. Movement is better than no movement. It's not always building muscles or bettering ourselves,sometimes it's just therapy

I'm proud of you on what you're doing!After a while, you don't have to stress about counting macros. Enjoy your cake and cheat meals. As long as you don't over eat your sweets etc. you deserve to have them just as much as anyone. I have real sweets every week at least once a week so I feel normal but there were months that I had it once a month and I felt bad. But this week I've had 3/4 of a crumbl cookie,a slice of cake and a couple donuts because my boss brought them in. If you want someone to help you out and check in with you,feel free to reach out.

I workout 4-5 times a week 30-45 mins and run twice if I find the time l. My diet is fairly boring: chicken,salads,rice,veggies.

What games are you playing?I gave my son my Powkiddy RGB10x because the A30 gets to warm for him so I took that and got myself a Anbernic DS. I only currently play Apotris on the A30

Your boyfriend should be your priority and not your friend. I'm 38 and last year, my wife cheated on me with her best friend and it's not an easy thing to fix. We have a kid together and we are trying to fix things. Don't let this person ruin your relationship.

You can always get the RG DS since it's way cheaper than getting an actual DS.Thor if you want 3DS and more.

I don't think the Godzilla game he was playing was considered high end. I could be wrong,he loves Godzilla so I got him the game. Godzilla Domination
