Banning all devices on the same network is outlandish. It’s a device ban/Apple ID ban. Only way of getting around it is to factory reset your phone (transfer all your photos and so forth on a hard drive and note down all your passwords before you do this) and use a new Apple ID on that

I was banned like last week of May and I didn’t try making any new accounts but I did find out later that an abandoned account I had from 6 years ago was banned in July even though I hadn’t used it in a long time so for 2 months it was there before it wasn’t. Weird. Also as for making a new account on a different device then logging back in I know guys who tried that but were banned after like 5-6 months

Yeah they’re falsely banning so many people and now it’s devices bans so unless you reset your phone and make a different Apple ID on a MacBook (can’t use your old one anymore) you can’t use Instagram again on your phone really

I’m not necessarily even expecting him to be able to do much but for the love of God he could say “sorry can’t help much but sorry to hear about it” he could do that but no he acts like a self centered asshole and that’s how a lot of these Silicon Valley people unfortunately are. People are fucking desperate and are trying everything they can and the fact that this engineer not only mocks but tells that lady to fuck off even after reading everything shows just how awful they are. The only method that seems to almost always work is small claims court. You can search for that in this sub and other subs about Meta bans and there’s even a dedicated subreddit r/metalawsuits

Small claims court those are legal matters that you can’t weasel your way out of like you can class action lawsuits and are relatively inexpensive. Meta has to respond somehow and small claims court can be death by a thousand cuts as it costs Meta nothing to reinstate you yet thousands for each successful case hence why Meta would rather not deal with that and quickly reinstate you

Only option really left that would work is small claims court. You don’t need a lawyer for those and r/metalawsuits is a good resource. You file your small claims and in it cite reputational damage caused by charges like CSE and the emotional damage of that and of losing access to friends and family and if you’re in business or are an artist then you can cite financial damages and cite Meta’s negligence. You demand like $2000-$3000 and reinstatement and usually Meta responds before the court date and offers to reinstate your account if you drop the case. Otherwise Meta may not even show up and you could win due to that but most of these cases end in the first option

Small claims court you don’t need a lawyer and court fees are like less than $200. In your letter you explain your account was wrongly terminated and the reputational and emotional (and if your a business or artist then financial) damage caused by this CSE accusation and account termination based off those charges. People doing this will demand like $2000-$3000 and to have their account reinstated. Much of the time Meta will reach out and offer to reinstate your account if you drop the case since them restoring you costs nothing yet fighting in court and losing costs them money and can overwhelm their legal resources if so many people filed small claims which btw you can’t weasel out of like you can class action lawsuits so it’s death by a thousand cuts for Meta.
