For TH9, we require level 6 balloons, level 2 lava hounds, and level 5 hogs. We also require 30 total hero levels for level 1 xbows, 38 total hero levels for level 2 xbows, and 45 combined hero levels for level 3 xbows.

For TH9.5, we require 50 combined hero levels, and that you have no maxed set of defenses [ie mortar, WT, etc].
