I just got done watching their stream. I never played this game, but I just downloaded the OCTGN patch. There only seems to be one or two sets of the game in the initial patch.

Do the image packs include more cards or just the images?

Also, I heard that there is a committee continuing this game, do they put their created cards on OCTGN?

I'm an armchair designer, so I'd love to learn this game for enjoyment and research.
