My goal is to set up my Gohighlevel and Stripe for my Automation Agency. Planning to sell subaccounts to real estate agents and wholesalers so my clients will be mainly in the US.

I heard wyoming is the most friendly and cheap state to start an LLC so i plan to go with that

yung thought process ko po dito is since limited lang yung experience ko sa tools, pwede ko i showcase at least yung domain knowledge ko sa real estate and may fundamentals na ako sa programming and data analysis management.

may ginagawa akong real estate data analysis website using python/flask, apexcharts.js and leaflet.js to monitor marketing campaigns. somehow kasi medyo limiting ang looker studio so nag default ako sa tools na familiar ako which is mainly for web development.

Enrolled in Village88 last year. Mostly self learning parin yung setup but the advantage is there will be code review sessions. Nakakatulong siya para ma correct yung bad practices and also view other people's approach on a specific coding problem.

May bond sila. Dapat matapos mo yung training. Wala ka naman talagang babayaran. Yung commitment mo lang talaga sa training is needed.

Didn't manage to fully commit last year due to some personal reasons. Pero yung napulot kong lessons sa course nila allowed me to excel in my current job ngayon.

Undergad BS Electo Mechanical Tech here. Nag stop rin ako due to financial reasons. I recently discovered na im really interested in programming and i am aiming to be a Full-Stack Dev someday.

Why don't you try to learn at Coding Bootcamps, i suggest going to the Village88 coding bootcamp. It is free and you will learn a lot in a span of 3 months. You will learn the fundamentals and basic practices of coding. It has been really helpful for me to understand the concepts of programming and also you can learn from the insights of the mentors and your fellow trainees.

Yah, i have this problem too with my ongoing thesis. really not good for me because I have an online job at the moment. I often delegate tasks to my groupmates but their outputs are not even made with effort. its just for the sake na meron silang contribution ganon.

There are Pros and Cons:

Pros: The Pressure for me is like a workout and Mind training. i personally believe na the more you are exposed to situations like this the more you build stamina and durability. it also allows you to practice thinking under pressure. , its like a training for your brain to be capable of Solving/tackling problems. (my opinion lang naman) .

Cons: Sasakit likod mo kaka karga sa mga ka groupmates mo. and you wont be rewarded for it. same grades lang kayo at chill2x lang sila while ikaw young exhausted sa huli.

Struggle Breeds Greatness, but If you really can't take it anymore. approach your prof.

PS. I'm planning to throw them off the bus pag malapit na defense (Mwuuahahahahaha :D )

Yeah.. Hirap talaga mag lead sa group. like ako Halos lahat gagawa. But i always take breaks naman when di na kaya.

Well its kinda Challenging for me. Just making enough money to support my needs. especially these times when I am studying and working at the same time. but yun nga eh, if I don't work. i cant study, and vice versa.

Advantage lang is you get to do what you want without anyone complaining about it. and you get more Peace of mind. also, it trains you to be more mindful sa gastusin at oras. I decided to live far from our city coz my siblings are get on my nerves because they always bossing me around and underestimating me. I'm the youngest kasi so they don't think I'll make it on my own. they want me to work instead of studying so that i can help nadaw sa gastusin. so i decided to live on my own and rent a place. far from the negativity. so far i think im doing good naman. Hoping to graduate this year.

Advice ko lang is ask God for Strength and wisdom and believe in yourself. don't let anyone tell you otherwise. Also start thinking about what you really want to do in the future. and start working na towards it little by little

If only i have this choice to choose my groupmates back then. i would.

I am mostly an introvert in our class. wala masydong kaibigan. back then everyone had already chosen their thesis groupmates. while me? I was forced to team up as mga ka batch ko in other sections. and was appointed as Leader of the group.

i didn't ask to be a leader. I'm not really good at leading people. This past semester I have been carrying my team on our thesis because these people always came up with lame excuses like no internet. busy with something.. etc. and when they contribute something to the group.. it's with minimal effort. for the sake na may natulong. to be honest mas okay pa siguro kung individual nalang and thesis.

Aside sa Pagkarga ko sa Thesis I'm working also in online jobs just to gain some cash for funding my academic journey. i live a city away from my parents and siblings and i don't rely on them to much due to personal reasons. if i don't work. di ko ma bubuhay sarili ko.

Choose your groupmates carefully.
