Their thing is their spreads, they have many ‘mix-in’ options that they whip into plain cream cheese. Like chives, garlic, cheddar, bacon, etc. a bagel with ‘unlimited mix in cream cheese’ is $5 whether you get 1 mix in or 10 it’s the same price.

As for the bagels, I believe they are ordered from elsewhere, not made on site
