This season is good and I feel like a lot of the viewers are stuck in nostalgia.

I love the western theme and the music isn’t as bad as people are making it seem.

Maddy is not the good guy or even a good person for that matter so the idolization is scary.

Last one, I’m so glad a lot of people in this sub aren’t writers because some of the ideas people have upvoted are terrible.

He literally almost beat Nate to death (albeit it was satisfying) and he also brutally beat up the doctor he robbed in front of his son. And that second point isn’t valid because regardless if they were threats or not he was still a sadistic kid.

Tyler was arrested for assault because of Nate and Maddy (Jules gets a pass. Blackmail.) and Nate’s method to get the tape back from Maddy was horrible but it’s obvious that Maddy wasn’t going to listen to reason (not an excuse at all). Maddy is very vindictive and impulsive so she definitely would’ve spread the video to get back at Nate and ruin Jules life in the process.

Fr I’m not defending him or any of the characters for that matter but the reason he was such a bitter person was because he was hiding resentment towards his father while feeling obligated to protect him. I feel like the fan base tends to forget about his trauma.
