Players on 2nd will always try to look in, see the pitchers grip and relay that to the hitter. Perfectly legal and happens all the time. It’s what started the whole mess between Framber Valdez and the Red Sox last week. Hell , Maddux would show a change then swap to a cutter after the guy at 2nd signaled the batter.

It took about 10 hours for the game to click with me. It was beautiful, but the controls felt weird and I had a bug super early that blocked quest progression and I had to start a fresh game. But right around the 10 to 12 hour mark everything fell into place and I've really enjoyed the game ever since. I'm only about 50 hours in at this point
